Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

  • Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or promotional events

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic U.S. Shipping

We offer the following shipping options for domestic U.S. orders:

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $25

  • Standard Shipping — Calculated at checkout for orders under $25

  • Express Shipping — $15

Shipping delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping method and carrier availability.

International Shipping

We do not offer free international shipping.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s shipping address and selected shipping method.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Claw & Collar is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Events outside our control

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delays or additional shipping fees may occur. Claw & Collar is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
